    Pros

Great gym with excellent atmosphere, equipment, and members. It was my favorite job I worked at to date. Also everyone is encouraging each other to constantly grow.

    Cons

Some minor management issues but nothing too severe. Management has frequent turnover from by experience there. Stupid policies that diminish after nobody follows them.

I have been working at Gold's Gym full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The family/care about everyone atmosphere is so nice. Also everyone is very informative and open to talk about any issues or celebrations. The free membership is also nice, especially if you're really into working out and fitness. The respect and tradition that this company upholds is something that every employee should be proud to represent

    Cons

Honestly, the compensation is not the greatest. I receive hourly wages and no benefits.
