    Pros

Colleagues are for the most part very competent and motivated. It is possible to progress quickly in terms of responsibility if you do well. Exit opportunities for junior people, whether to business school or the buy-side, are the best in the industry.

    Cons

Extreme work-load, especially for junior people. There is no real time-off - weekends are always subject to sudden demands. Holidays are, however, sacrosanct.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to make the lives of junior bankers better. Presentations are far too long and unnecessarily so, for instance.

    Pros

Great place to start a career! Lots of opportunities and growth assignments most of the time. A company that tries hard to live by its principles and with a great collection of people

    Cons

Accentuated pressure the bottom line and cost reduction may impact smooth operations. Culture of do more with less can take its toll on morale and satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people on the ground, get in tuned with the various culture realities to get the best out of your people while they stay happy
