    Pros

Great people overall. They truly care about their employees. You honestly create bonds and connections for life.

    Cons

Leadership priorities are all over the place. There are too many account people that haven't had the right training. They also expect the account team to know how to manager the clients and project manage the work.

    Pros

A place where creative and strategy truly sync up.

    Cons

Not a place to skate by. This place is what you make it - must be confident to "do you" - churning out status quo work won't get you noticed by the people that will bring you into future projects.

    Pros

Open space, creative teams and always looking to pick other people's brains for breakthrough ideas on campaigns. Despite their being a relatively young company, they have managed to produce some of the world's greatest ad campaigns of the 21st century, which is why they are able to combine both a fun and loving workplace while still remaining very professional and goal-driven for every account.

    Cons

High turnover, but doesnt' matter as long as you show your passion and dedication for innovation.

    Pros

I really enjoyed all my time here, they let you work your own way, and let you grow with the larger team. The perks are great, it's really the work that drives the environment and that's why the people are there. To make great work. I really enjoyed my time at GSP.

    Cons

The management style works great for the agency when it's at its smaller sizes. When it grew to near 1000, the management style was a bit too loose for the size.

    Advice to Management

    keep on keeping on.

    Pros

Flat organization, collaborative, very easygoing atmosphere. I felt like I could ask questions without penalty, and felt encouraged to explore ideas which were valued. Nice respectful and ego-free environment. Ego was not applauded. Everyone was nicer than any office I've been in.

    Cons

I found the city difficult to afford. It's in a great part of town but housing would need to be over 30min away if I were going to move there, because I'd be hired as a junior at this point in my life. As a senior manager or director it would be easier at higher compensation. The upper staff have no issues.

    Advice to Management

Nothing. I can't express how pleased I was with the leadership at GSP.

Can be a bit political. Sort of stuck between creative botique and large agency.

    Pros

An incredible work environment, mainly because of the intelligent and hilarious peers you work with. The agency, while not a tiny and nimble little shop, still has a lot of openness and agility. It uses its established status well and likes to reinvent itself. Sure, it might seem like that process isn't happening as quickly as it could - but it is nice to see that it is happening at all, and you can easily be a part of it at any place in the agency.

    Cons

Long hours, a sense that work is never done... never done... Also - you've got to make it on your own. It isn't a teaching agency, so no one can really expect hand-holding or coddling.

    Advice to Management

Don't let people just burn out. There is, of course, a ton of young talent that is just dying to work at the agency... but make sure that everyone at all levels still feels that they are indispensible. There is a great sense of comraderie day to day - there really is - but when all is said and done everyone should feel valued in their contribution.
