Pros – Working for the largest HVAC manufacturer in North America. Not many layers of management

Cons – Require more resources to perform job properly.

Advice to Senior Management – A better compensation package for amount of business in which I am responsible for.

Pros – The most important thing to remember is there is no excessive micromanaging there. Everyone is responsible for their work and the level of professionalism is outstanding.

Cons – I can only say that I wish it would have lasted longer.

Pros – Senior Management - especially HR, who were very helpful - genuinely cared about the employees. Also very concerned about safety.

Cons – Technology was a bit dated.
