    I worked at Goodwill full-time

    Pros

Full time... 1 hour break and two 15 mins, Thats it

    Cons

Extremely low pay, working with disgusting clothes that they do not clean before they sell it to people. The stores are nasty and the employee areas are even worse. If you work on the sales floor you have to do EVERYTHING! If you work in the back you're literally putting your life in danger for pennies.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more, provide more safety equipment for the asscoiates, wash the clothing before you sell them to people!

    Pros

The people I worked with were great! Everyone is a team player and really cares about the clients they serve.

    Cons

Executives and CEO are all about the bottom line at any cost. Numerous leaders have left the organization. Appreciation and value for the employees doing the work is not held to a high standard.

    Pros

Great costumers and co-workers (may vary).

    Cons

Hours are horrible, a lot of the co-workers are too, as well as corporate bosses. They will bring you to your knees if you do not do a good job and they will cut your hours without hesitation. If your manager doesn't like you, he/she'll give the go for giving hours to other people. They will not pay you overtime even if they authorized it.

    Advice to Management

Act like professional adults, and do not take sides. It's a business, not a daycare.
