    I dont mind working for goodwill as a college student. Its a pretty fair paying job for the work you do.

    It can be annoying to deal with customers at times. Some of them can be impatient, but you learn to deal with them.

    Sometimes you have to deal with situations that you are not necessarily trained for such as working with a client/participant that does not have a readily available list of restrictions or abilities.
    You have to improvise often.

    Better Training in dealing with handicapped/disabled and give raises more often!
