ProsStrong leadership, strategic focus, employee-centric culture, service-minded staff, innovative reuse/greening models. Great work-life balance.

Decent job, wouldn't want to make a career out of it

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Eau Claire, WI

ProsThe work atmosphere is laid-back and team oriented. Knowing that you are both directly and indirectly helping the community is a plus.

ConsThere is a high turn-over rate for both leadership positions and the lower positions. There is also a lack of adequate job training, the "team leaders" sometimes have little to no knowledge in their designated departments, I think the "laid-back atmosphere" relates to this.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt would be helpful if management was somewhat able to tailor the scheduled work shifts to the employees availability.

ProsWonderful people on my team. Organization cares about the community and can positively change peoples lives.

ConsLooks at the next shiny thing to diversify efforts which provides jobs, but can also be taken away when it fails. This has happened often.

Advice to Senior ManagementEnsure the next shiny thing is actually viable.
