    Pros

Excellent work environment both in terms of the facilities at the Akron HQ and the professionalism of my colleagues. About 60% of my peers in the marketing field have external CPG experience, the other 40% have been hired from within, this provides for a good combination of experiences Good and frequent two way communications with managers up to two levels above me, less frequent but still meaningful communications from higher level VPs. Interesting projects and initiatives. Initial on-boarding training is excellent, usually you get a colleague assigned to guide you through the details of your position.

    Cons

Low diversity at the VP and Director level, and to a certain degree in mid-management. After initial onboarding ends, most training is online with limited opportunities for in-person training.
