Pros – Some best reasons to work here is the good pay. Everyone was helpful with my job. My boss helped whenever I needed his help.
Cons – Some cons woking here is that some aspects are very challenging due to the difficulties of the problems presented. Other cons are the workload is very demanding.
Advice to Senior Management – Give breaks when needed.

Pros – Offer Flex time, great people and lots of growth. It seems to be a great company so far.
Cons – Hard to change processes. I am new so don't have very many cons.

Current Employee – been working at Goodyear
Pros – Prestigious company and they offer great benefits as well as room to grow within the company. There are many opportunities to move around the organization as well.
Cons – I think if I have to give an example. The only downside is that the company needs to be a little bit more organized in terms of standards.
Advice to Senior Management – I think that the company as a whole is on the right track. Innovation and staying ahead of the competition is key to success.

Pros – Management is great and extremely encouraging. The people ate friendly and it's a positive atmosphere
Cons – The smell of tires, if you are a contracted worker, the benefits are not as good.
