Great place to build your career in sales - if as a contractor

Leads Development (Current Employee) Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

Prosfreebies, free food, free snacks pool gym etc... and decent salary - also great atmosphere - but i have to say as sales goes there are higher paying companies, although there less benefits in other companies - it depends what you want : benefits vs salary -

Consnot really just there are higher paying companies, contract workers have little hope of permanent position, or commission and must wait 3 months if renewing

    Intern review

Intern (Current Employee) Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

ProsThe final interview was more friendly and given to provide the applicant a chance to ask questions about the company. Overall, it seemed like work culture was very collegial and friendly.

ConsThere were three interviewers, and each interview lasted 45 minutes. Each of the interviews seemed to focus on slightly different areas: the first interview focused on understanding of technology and included a puzzle.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe second interview asked many scenario-type questions, such as "What would you do in XYZ situation?" and "How would you respond to XYZ in a work setting".

It's a balanced company with an overall positive atmosphere and great perks. Some bureaucracy and politics are there to

Account Manager (Former Employee) Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

ProsOverall, I believe it's one of the best employers out there. Teams consist of great international people, fantastic personalities. Company's HR really makes an effort to create positive working atmosphere. Generally, there's a good push for life/work balance. I guess you all have heard about perks - it's not a myth either. Despite some cons, I highly recommend working there.

ConsAs with all large corporations, there's a growing layer of middle management. This means bureaucracy, politics and the need to promote the so called "personal brand". Some managers need more education on how to motivate people. Proposals may go through a lengthy approval process. Recruitment is rather slow as I remember it.

Advice to Senior ManagementConstantly train middle management on people management skills and general human psychology. Create robust career development schemes.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
