    I was a software engineering intern that had a great time but didn't necessarily learn that much

    I worked at Google as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    Culture, work environment, pay, benefits -- everything was generally pretty great. As far as work places go, there's not much to complain about.

    Cons

    Intern projects aren't always completely fleshed out, so in the case of what I worked on, it was very scattered and not terribly cohesive. The stuff I worked on, as well as what my team did in general, might've ended up just getting scrapped.

    I worked at Google as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    superb environment and facilities;
    great support to employees, such as workstation setup, ergonomic support, and experiment facilities training and support;
    various opportunities for life-long learning;
    good practices learned through the internship has a long-lasting effect on my further development;

    Cons

    All interns are talented but some might be too young to keep to socially acceptable conduct on and off the Google campus.

    This year, some of my fellow interns have made a mess in the company-provided accommodation (which is btw an awesome flat with other friendly residents), and our neighbors are quite upset about the misbehaviors by my fellow interns.

    I hope that Google can put more weight on overall personally in their candidate selection process.

    Pros

    - Collaborating with smart people

    - Awesome perks (food, gyms, events, etc.)

    Cons

    - Peer pressure makes you work really hard
    - Campus is very crowded (the worst is Charlie at lunch time)
    - It is hard to join teams that you want to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I think management is doing very well

    I have been working at Google as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    I got to do what I love most and that is doing things that matter. Like other interns I was treated like a normal employee instead of some one to get coffee
    Great pay for interns
    Fantastic benefits

    Cons

    A lot of hard work and can be very stressful at times. Work can go past 40 hours a week which can take an effect on your work life balance

    I worked at Google as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    The pay and perk were good. Lots of smart people to work with. Good environment. Lots of food. There are free shuttles, free laundry services. People are nice

    Cons

    It takes a lot of time to do simple things. I think that it takes a lot of time to do something significant. People are nice, but seem to be very busy with work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    My manager was supportive. But he was part time. So, I didn't find him sometimes.

    I worked at Google as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    Great salary and benefits - from the intern housing, food, gyms, etc.

    Work environment is very relaxed allowing for flexible working hours (great for me since I'm not much of a morning type).

    High diversity of things to work on as well as work locations.

    Cons

    Getting to big/corporate making things sometimes move too slow, whereas it maybe shouldn't.

    "Googleyness" as a mantra for people to state their opinion as if it is absolute/Google's and use as it was a proper argument. This might be the only thing I didn't like about it's culture.
