I worked at Google as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Perfect team working environment, everyone is easy going and eager for a help. You know they are professional but they will never regard them like that. Ideas are highly respected, which is a must for such high-tech companies, since the innovations are all come from some impossible even crazy ideas.

    Cons

This is the hardest question, I also told my manager like this way in my last day in Google

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If a team has a healthy base principles, then any operations inside such rules can be accepted. This is the key to some break through nowadays.

I have been working at Google as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Awesome place to work for. Awesome people and great culture. Food was a way lot better than college mess food.

    Cons

After the internship you take a bit of time to settle for the college mess food. To be serious, none con that I noticed.

I worked at Google as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    - Smart employees
    - Great learning experience
    - Cool perks (free tasty food, gym, bikes, etc.)
    - Interesting problems to solve

    Cons

There were not many cons to my internship experience at Google. However, I could see how Google is not the best place to be for certain types. For example, even though Google tries to keep up the fast-paced, creative environment, it has become somewhat bureaucratic.

    Pros

Food, Life, everything was amazing as far as that goes. You get to work with geniuses.

    Cons

low movement possible, most of my friends who are still there are are still in low level positions after many years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Awesome internship

I worked at Google as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

You'll work with very talented and motivated people, lots of perks, state-of-the-art infrastructure. Having the opportunity to take a look at all the wonderful stuff they've developed and taking part in the creation of new tools and products is an amazing experience, especially if you're still in college.

    Cons

I couldn't say. The internship can be quite demanding, but it really depends on your projects, your skills and how many weeks you're staying. I wouldn't say it's a bad thing either, but I'd be prepared to be quite busy for the duration of the internship.

  7.

    Pros

    - Freedom
    - Working with brilliant people
    - Flat organization
    - Loads of responsibility

    Cons

Internal structure messy - several team in different countries may work on very similar projects without knowing of the other teams. However, this is a natural consequence of such a creative environment.

I worked at Google as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    - Great company culture. Valued even as an intern.
    - Fun challenging projects and you learn a ton. You will always be learning something in this company.
    - Very smart and friendly environment.
    - As an intern, career opportunities in the sense of converting to full time is a much smoother process than applying for full time without coming from an internship. Still the process is selective but considerably nicer.

    Cons

    - Experience is dependent on teams. I unfortunately had a team with less energy and drive.
    - Depending on the breadth of the project and whether you need to work with remote teams, it can really feel like a clanky large company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to maintain the company culture and make management decisions as transparent as possible.
