I worked at Grant Thornton full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

They really take care of their employees.

    Cons

As with any government consultancy, employees are often mired down with requirements (billability, CPEs etc). In addition, some teams can be more "cliquish", but that depends on the directors. The partners are great!

    I worked at Grant Thornton

    Pros

Culture was friendly and very welcoming. Even across departments people were very friendly.
Management and all the way up to the partners make it a point to keep their employees happy
    Lots of room to grow

    Cons

Very few, only that it is not as 'prestigious' as the Big 4

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing and growing. With time I could see them competing with the smaller of the Big 4
