    Pros

    As an intern you still receive complete trust from leadership and are exposed to every level of the firm. You can at times come to be treated as a full time associate rather than a typical intern.

    Cons

    The scope of clients could affect the opportunities you find. Compensation does seem to be a little below the rest of market.

    Great starting pay. Tremendous amounts of career oppurtunites. Everyone is smart. Great culture and learning enviorment

    Cons

    At all postions you are expected to perform at a much higher level, this is a good thing, but at times it can be frustrating when you simply have not had the experience to perform at the desired level.

    Keep up the good work, sell more work. and give the mundane tasks to the interns.

    Great company culture focused on continued growth and excellence. Employees feel valued and encouraged in their development. Excellent audit software tools.

    Cons

    Similar to all public accounting firms, the long hours can be difficult. Depending on clients and personal situations, travel can be an issue.
