    Pros

Great compensation and benefits. There was opportunities for growth if willing to relocate. I related to the core values of this company and was proud to be an employee.

    Cons

The regional managers were allowed to make adjustments to policy which caused some disputes but HR was willing to listen and assist in resolving any issues.

    Advice to Management

Green Tree must work on making SOP easy to read and train management on a monthly basis or when policy is changed. Employees would have to try to interpret the information to avoid hits on audits. New hire training should be longer and give more information.
