    Pros

    Great pay for the area, great benefits, good shift, lots of overtime, most weekends off, and plenty of advancement opportunities.

    Cons

    Being treated like a slave, being talked to like you're a nobody or beneath everyone.

    Learn how to talk to and treat the people that work for you.

    I worked at Greenbrier full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good wages, team support with co workers.

    Cons

    Lack of work, both in Marine and Rail Car Production at the Portland Oregon Plant.
    To save on labor cost, Rail cars are being made in Mexico.
    Long story / short Greenbrier shipped our jobs south to Mexico.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Bring Production back to America.

    Good hours, non stress, good coffee.

    Cons

    Upper IT management have goals that are not being shared in order to get a company direction.
