    Pros

    Great work life balance, allows you to be your own boss, strong leader in the industry, good start if your fresh out of college you will learn important skills for future endeavors, rewards for winning competitions between branches, great b2b experience, freedom to wheel and deal with your customers.

    Cons

    Stagnant salaries and no bonuses if your branch succeeds over goal. Management can be indecisive. Lots of good people leaving. Honestly all around a good company if your just starting out of college.

    Opportunities to move up if you are willing to relocate, and are open to helping you relocate to any branch that has an opening.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, no business is kept private. Personal or HR discussed with almost any of the employees.

    Less micromanaging and let employees do their own time management in and out of the office.

    Grimco has big company benefits with a small company feel. Not many people their Vice President knows who they are.

    Pros

    Great hours of 8 to 5 - Monday through Friday. Very nice group of co-workers and upper management. The company really gives the employees the power to make decisions on a day to day basis.

    Cons

    First year you only have 5 paid days off. No sick days are given which makes going to the doctor or actually being sick very difficult to work around.

    Give sick days. It's a simple thing to give employees

    Pros

    decent benefits, good people to work with, computer system very good, several product lines

    Cons

    to big to fast. the personal caring went away and everyone became a number. part of a bigger picture and if you weren't part...you were out. can be very clicky. Sad -- they were a great company before very professional but personable. they lost that loven feelin!
