    Pros

    People were great. Training was exceptional. Gave every employee plenty of room to advance if they wanted.

    Cons

    Call centers in general are miserable places to work. This was no different.

    Pros

    Enjoyable work and atmosphere. Everyone is super nice, especially the owners.

    Cons

    I know it sounds strange but your degree or whatever education you posses is meaningless. Unfortunately work ethic and dedication to the company have no bearing on your advancement or your compensation. In fact it's literally company policy to not reward you for hard work.

    Advice to Management

    Don't be impressed with the bubbly employees that engage in personal conversation 30%-40% of the work day. Ask the managers which employees produce the most and which employees are willing to put in the extra time to get the job done.

    Nice working environment and thorough training.

    Cons

    Do not appreciate obvious talent or skill. Training was thorough but at time excessive.

    Work hours are relatively great.

    Cons

    Too departemental. Sales people need to learn how the operation works, before just collecting their commission.

    Management needs to understand that the salespeople need to understand how central station operations works and the proper procedures, so they can tell their customers what to expect.

    Pros

    The people are nice, helpful, always doing collections and group activities. Management is good, they are all enthusiastic about the company and know what it's like to actually deal with customers. Training is 3 months now, very thorough.

    Cons

    Morale is low due to the weird scheduling system they use for the customer service staff. Every minute of your life is micro-managed with an insane color-coded computer-phone time-tracking system which is inconvenient and kind of insulting. Every 3 months everyone bids for their shifts for the next 3 months and if you don't take their time-tracking system seriously enough, or are just new, you end up working weird shifts, like having Tuesday and Thursday off instead of a weekend...for 3 months.

    Pros

    Autonomy, great commission, great support system, warm leads

    Cons

    Upper management (as with all sales jobs) is driven by numbers. Expectations unreasonable in certain low income Texas cities in the South.

    A master salesman isn't made overnight

    Pros

    Nice friendly people, enjoyable atmosphere and working conditions, not micro managed and ability to work with a style that suits you.

    Cons

    Does not seem to have the desire, management, and drive to become big in this industry. Raises not meeting cost of living and not based on performance. Check the wind gauge for direction of managerial decisions

    Act upon the common folks advice/suggestions because sometimes it's better than your direction.

    Compared to other companies, good starting salary
    immediate use of paid sick and vacation days
    cheap medical and dental coverage

    Cons

    raises are even for everyone, better works earn the same raise as the worse worker
    alot of miscommunication between management and employees
    some policies and procedures make no sense and only frustrate customers and employees
    not all departments are treated the same

    Advice to Management

    Hold all departments accountable and reward those who earn it instead of everyone.
