    Pros

Fun fast passed environment, decent pay, good discount, good benefits, good product makes it easy to bonus. Good music to listen to while working.

    Cons

Long hours (late nights/early mornings), upper management outside of the store level don't have a clear understanding of what is happening in store (like in most retail).

    Advice to Management

Distribute hours to stores differently spend more time in your stores understanding why each one needs to be.different and handled as such. And stop spreading distict and regional managers so thin by giving them such lager districts to oversee, its not fair to your storesz or your customers. And get the woman and payroll some help please.

    Pros

Great clothes, Iconic brand, vacation, great discount, everyone really nice at corporate, fun manager meetings, district managers really seem to care about their people.

    Cons

Larger stores need more payroll to operate properly, very focused on "brand image or the look of the worker" instead of the quality of the worker. This can lead to the wrong people on the team.

    Pros

Most of the people are pretty cool to work with and the store managers are always willing to help.

    Cons

Managers (district and regional) and corporate set unrealistic goals and I feel that some of the rules they come up with are sexist. Also there isn't much room to grow with the company, and they care more about exceeding sales than keeping their employees happy.

    Advice to Management

Grow some and stop letting corporate run all over you.

    Pros

Very friendly and they take time to train you well. I've worked here for awhile so I have a lot of independence. Managers care and try their best to give you the time off you request.

    Cons

They have a high expectation of their employees to care about the company. I have been here 2 years and have not gotten a raise. On call shifts suck or they don't schedule you enough.

    Pros

Great discount, great product, good benefits, and cool atmosphere.

    Cons

External theft, terrible DM who makes you feel like you are nothing but a worker bee to him, and payroll management(not enough hours given to get things done off the sales floor).

    Advice to Management

Don't think your better just because of your rank

    Pros

Organized company and will create strong willed and hard working employees that will be able to succeed in any retail environment.

    Cons

Under paid employees ,and no raises whatsoever or room for growth company is going downhill therefore no one will be rewarded or advanced.

    Advice to Management

Learn the business instead of just sending some visuals and the same clothing you send every year that the customers don't even want you have great employees ready to sell ,but the customers are not interested in the product because it never changes.

    Pros

Great work environment. Doesn't overload you with tasks. Company cares. Has good bonus payouts and incentives.

    Cons

Selling focus on management. Management shouldn't have such high sales goals when there are so many other things to worry about operationally.
