Former Employee – worked at H L Bloom
Pros – I had a job every morning and part of the Summer!
The confusion with parents were never worked out properly.
Cons – To solve bus problems in the Winter was a hassle too many times to mention.
Results with parents annoyances were always temporary, disappointing.
Advice to Senior Management – They need to follow up with consistency when there is a problem with the School, parent or a student with bad bus behaviors! The same as a parent shows consistency with their child to get results or should.
