“Top Notch Corporate Leadership”
I have been working at H W Lochner
Pros – Family oriented company; very ethical in its practices; strong corporate leadership that is strategic in its thinking; good benefits; company does a good job of work sharing which is extremely useful in this down economy; very supportive of professional development; collaborative work environment.
Cons – Many offices are small; the more recent economic strain has resulted in reduction of many multi-office activities but these are likely to resume in the future.
Advice to Senior Management – Leadership has taken many wise steps to take Lochner to the next level. Overall, employees appear satisfied and supportive of the direcition the company is headed.
