I have been working at H&M part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Really fun, friendly coworkers, 25% discount, good benefits

    Cons

clocking in a minute late is still considered late so lateness is a serious thing! please be sure to be responsible and on time and try your best to come to work a little earlier (by like 5-10 minutes) so you have time to clock yourself without rushing, it can get stressful on weekends to close and clean the store so prepare for that

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay focus on your goals, it can become easy to get caught up in someone else drama. Be patient, they watch you even when you think they're not.
