    Pros

Flexible hours to work with. Managers are very flexible with you. Starting with $10 per hour is not bad for part time job.

    Cons

I was located in bad locations and we did not get so much traffic as other stores did. Maybe changing locations with high traffic flow.

    Advice to Management

Maybe lower prices little bit so you can attract other customers. mail in more coupons to current customer and especially new ones.
