Pros – Good overall environment
Friendly staff
Management always trying to satisfy the workers.

Cons – Outdated tools and technics.
Some bad prepared leaders.
Decisions are made by political, not technical reasons.
Intern competition between the various GLT (Brazil, India, China and Malaysia)

Pros – 1.Good Work Culture.Things are transparent.
2.Work-Life Balance. Flexi time.
3.If You are lucky,might get good quality of work and onsite.

Cons – 1.Monotonous work.You might have to be in same project for year after years.Which is frustrating some times.This is the main reason why people leave GLT.
2.Slow Career development & learning.
3. Salary is market average.

Advice to Senior Management – Be flexible for job rotation. & career growth.

Cons – lot of politics. Senior people are only concerned about saving their own jobs rather than having any vision for the sake of company's growth.

Pros – The projects are good for a beginner where there is ample scope for learning. The working environment is flexible. The work place and infrastructure is also good.

Cons – Salary was less. Opportunities to expand your career were relatively less.

Pros – Friendly work environment. Not intense on deliverable. All in all an average company, if you are not too techie.

Cons – Company weighs good and avg performers equally. No ground breaking work.
