    Forget about learning at a pace. Technologically neither uses the current ones efficiently and the switch to new technology comes wearily slow and out of times.

    Pros

    Office Environment. Clean and Tidy from Hygiene point of view, which is very important these days because of unknown infections cropping up.
    Great learning as you will be charged with multiple works. This work culture will place you on the challenging front and gives good exposure to go to the next levels.
    Flexible timings.
    Learning and Development. Great!

    Cons

    Internal Politics. Professionalism is missing almost in all levels (Entry to Senior management)
