    Pros

World class experiences with product owners, customers, and other parts of an international company. Market compensation and many chances to move within the company. You can experience a lot here.

    Cons

Change is at a slow scale. New projects will take at least a year to complete. In the US there is a high degree of regulation so the US has little mobility. If you can get to Canada, HK or the UK then there are more opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to make the projects more atomic. Iterate and take incremental changes. The requirements will always be changing as life changes so why take a year to find out if you built what was expected?

    Pros

Fellow corporate employees are very bright, positive and a pleasure to work with. Most individuals are thoughtful, focused and take their responsibilities seriously. Leadership is focused on doing the right thing and enabling employees to succeed.

    Cons

Technology is way behind the times and on boarding process is disorganized and unclear at best.

    Advice to Management

Processes and internal technology infrastructure needs streamlining and long overdue upgrades.

Great culture and people - I am willing to be friends with most of my coworkers. Good number of vacation days.

    Cons

Does not pay at market rate.

    Advice to Management

Higher pay would solve much of the retainment issue with younger staff.
