    Pros

Great place to work. It's a really fun job with lots of great people. They also pay really well.

    Cons

You are "on call" 24/7 so it's difficult to have any sort of home life.

    Pros

Management is always willing to work with you to develop your selling skills

    Cons

Crazy Customers. Most are older women who will get irate if the item they want is sold out.

    Advice to Management

Limit the clearance sales. Advertising on air for an item you only have 20 of in a size no one wants, is cruel and unfair to employees and customers.

    Pros

Love the job and I had awesome co workers. Hours were flexible and easy to work around my school.

    Cons

Rude customers and very high expectations. The break scheduling was awful and the high volume of back to back calls because of so much cv given.

    Advice to Management

Schedule better and be better with giving breaks. Listen to your employees when we have a grievance and fix it.

    Pros

This job is great for entrepreneurs who have their own businesses, students or someone who just wants to make some extra cash. I also a great what to get you foot in the door with a great company with room to grow. Discounts are great and the people are friendly for the most part. I a great work environment.

    Cons

may take a while to move up in the company but very possible. can get a little boring due to waiting. The hours aren't consistent. You may end up doing my grunt work and less creative

    Advice to Management

there should be a pair of set assistant stylist that come in early mornings. I think this will help with the overall efficiency of the department.

    Pros

Working from home made is so easy-- no commute, no special wardrobe. They do a reasonable job to try to create a team environment. Supportive supervisor.

    Cons

Customers are crazy-- not all, just some... just like anywhere. Clearance weeks are especially stressful. The computer system, especially during clearance was not effective. Some weeks you can have 15 hours and the next week 29. I'm not sure if they really do promote the WAH reps into staff positions other than Customer Service/Phones and supervisors roles... I wanted it as an in to the company. I did not want to work at home, but because my sales #'s weren't high enough I could not apply to other positions (that had nothing to do with sales).

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees needs for hours.

    Pros

Great benefits. Nice people. A generally fair and good place to work. They have really turned things around and made it a respectable place for broadcasters.

    Cons

Many of the people in management at all levels are unqualified and out of touch with current broadcast network experiences. Too many employees have only worked for this 1 company for the majority of their careers. As an new employee, the expectations are often not applicable or feasible.
