I have been working at HTC Global Services

    Pros

People are cordial. I do not see any pros in this company.

    Cons

Infrastructure at MEPZ is not employee friendly. Pay scale is very bad. I will not prefer anybody to join the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please provide good infrastructure to employees rather cutting down on the building cost

    Pros

This company sponsors H1B visa for outside candidates in India since they don't have good any talent pool within their company.

    Cons

    1) False promises: HTC recruits candidates by giving lot of false promises for the candidates who are joining. For e.g: they recruit outside candidates saying that they will make you travel immediately. But then, candidates have to wait in Offshore for 2 - 3 years to get some onsite Opportunity.
    2) Labor bond: They normally put labor bond in jobs. Even though, it is not appropriate in US, they are willing to do it.
    3) Zero Quality: It is funny about the type of the projects they handle. Most of the projects are of very low standards. Lot of employees are highly incapable. It is amazing to see the quality of the freshers. They recruit freshers from some unknown colleges, whoever is having arrears, whoever is jobless for many years. They pay them very less, put bond for many years and make them sit at company for many years.
    2) Zero Ethics: This company doesn't have any ethics at all. HRs and Managers are uncultured, they don't know how to treat their fellow employees. They will ask you to pay for H1b application fee: I presume, no good company will do it.
    3) No Brand name: It doesn't have any good brand name. When I got offer letter rolled out, I was literally searching for the existence of the company. No one has heard about it.
    4) No policies are defined in this company. Everything is case to case basis. You have to bargain with HR & Managers for the basic needs.
    5) When you are not satisfied with the company and want to move out. They will be rude and threaten you to pay money, they won't giving relieving letters, won't give good feedback e.t.c
    4) Very low compensation. No performance based bonus. No benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up guys. You are in the modern world. Get exposed to outside world. Try to learn from other good employees who join your company. Be motivated and be ambitious. Learn the business ethics. Treat the employees in a fair manner. Implement Open door policy. Grow up: Develop a positive attitude. Employees are not slave for you! Remember that they can also start a company one day, become big personalities.

I have been working at HTC Global Services as a contractor

    Pros

Nice only when they need you

    Cons

This company did not respect the contract, late payment is a usual habit, and when you are not working for this company anymore, it is difficult to get your salary. Need to remind them again and again on the contract and most of the time they cannot be contacted. Do not work for this company!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more respectful in the contract and fire any persons that make your client suffers. We work to give you money but you treat us like a rubbish.

I have been working at HTC Global Services

    Pros

I dont see any future working for this company.

    Cons

Went for freshers walk in interview for software development which was advertised in the job posting but after reaching the company the HR is saying the opening is for e-publishing. Another cheap tactic of the company is signing minimum 2 yrs bond and taking away the original marksheets from the candidates so that they cannot try new career outside the company. My advice to all you guys is to stay away from this company.

    Pros

the only pros is they lucrate you by giving high salary compared to other companies. but this is their tactics.

    Cons

As long as you are billable on the clients project, they will be no problem. But as soon as your project is over, they will ask you to leave the job. This is very true and happened with me. I had to find the other job immediately. Guys I will suggest you not to join this company at any condition..you will put your career at risk..Trust me!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Worst comapny with the worst people..they never respond once you are non billable.
