Pros – Mamanagement is OK type, good for people who need visa sponsorship, looking for GC process without expecting any career growth other than contract job

Cons – Lack opportunities to grow in career, limited clients; employee motivation is missing at all all levels, no efficient interal training programs available for employees

Advice to Senior Management – Need to motivate employees; Need good marketing and recruting people in HR; they should give importance for training programs and by listening to employees - stop work like a famliy company

Pros – Here they followed Shift basis work. Work pressure less than other company, we learn only the project oriented apart from that we can't able to learn.

Cons – There is no feasible canteen facility and food quality also poor. Working wise some of the restrictions are followed like members, Tl's. It's differ based on designation .

Advice to Senior Management – Try to avoid some of the restrictions which is giving unwanted pressure to the employees.
