    Great company to get your foot in the door to build customer service skills.

    ProsGreat customer service experience. Allowed me to build that experience to move into a better position. The company gave me a way to build my ability to stay organized and pay attention to details that I have used for the future.

    ConsBad hours, low pay and no holidays off. Hotels do not close on holidays, so if you choose to work at on be ready to work all hours of the day. Nights are typically okay, except on weekend which are horrendous Five years of service, with not much pay, or bonuses.

    Advice to Senior ManagementDo you best to make the employees of all shifts feel valuable.

    ProsAwesome manager, supportive staff. Schedule is very flexible and allows for time to take college courses.

    Cons2nd and 3rd shift you are on your own for all but a couple of hours.

    Hardest workers are paid the least training program is poor.

    ProsFriendly co workers and supervisors.

    ConsThe people, including managers were very nice but, the hardest working people, chambermaids, laundry and food workers, are paid min. wage. Without these people the front desk and managers wouldn't have a hotel to run.

    Advice to Senior ManagementExamine the salary scale and you will get quality workers if you pay a little more.
