    Pros

Great coworkers and management is very understanding. You are able to adjust your schedule to where it works for you. 9-5, which I was not used to because I made my own schedule at the last job, bu it is really enjoyable.

    Cons

A few Clients are disrespectful, but Management tries to work it out with both worker and Client.

    Pros

Good place to begin a career in social work. The actual 1:1 work done with the clients is very satisfying.

    Cons

The amount of documentation and company demands are unrealistic and takes away from the real work with the clients. The caseloads are too big

    Advice to Management

Your huge turnover is due to the unrealistic demands you place on staff and the punitive manner in which you deal with staff makes staff feel unappreciated. Your are also the lowest paying agency among other agencies doing the same work.

    Pros

Great staff everyone was caring and seemed to enjoy being there. My supervisors were always accessible and they were knowledgeable in their field. They are also very understanding of the stressful nature of the helping professions.

    Cons

A bit disorganized as far as communication between staff. Some of the departments were undergoing a transition at the time I was there so I don't think this is the norm.
