    Pros

    excellent benefits, 401K and profit sharing, good balance of work life, good sales support from corporate and operations, company car

    Cons

    weak compensation package for sales and unattainable sales quotas, need more of a commission structure than bonus incentives, very political in upper management and difficult to move up in the company, need more support from management and manufacturing in expediting product

    Pros

    Professional environment, willings to excell and lead in their field, care for employees, fair compensation and opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    Mid-sized company, ithout the full breadth of resources of multinational corporations, does not offer oportunities outside of the Eastern Seabord.

    Increase trainning initiatives, as the product line is becoming very diversified, expand retirement benfit package, increase marketing expending in new regions.
