    Pros

I work with some of the best people both from corporate and from the region. Immediate management really cares for you on a personal level and tries to encourage a work/life balance.

    Cons

This company has become terribly micromanaged. You will feel the stress of working late at night to get it all accomplished. A job well done is rarely recognized.

    Advice to Management

Trust upper management know what they are doing and you have to be adaptable to extreme change but sometimes the change comes too much and too fast at one time and overall moral has plummeted.

    Pros

You will never be bored with the amount of work load. Lots of opportunities.

    Cons

Cost cutting and layoffs were very detrimental to company moral.

    Advice to Management

Good people run successful businesses. Not everything can be about the bottom line.

    Pros

Global brand, excellent on your resume. High quality products which are easy to sell.

    Cons

New owners are cheap and drive a culture of fear. They are sucking every ounce of profit out of the company and have little regard for the customer or employee.

    Advice to Management

Your greed is resulting in losses with major chains. You need to rethink your strategy and show more support for your customers.

Perfect Job Busy & Interesting Growing company

    Cons

Horrible company model for employees. Pays off for executives, employees get squeezed for everything they have.

    Advice to Management

Stop giving empty compliments & treating employees like they are unintelligent.

    Pros

Global presence. Kraft Integration will make it in the top 5 players. Lot of growth opportunities with increasing work load.

    Cons

Lot of key groups are hanging in the air without direction which is not a good one for a company with lot of growth potential. There is a lot of disconnect. An integrated effort is the need of the hour.

    Advice to Management

Correlate bottom line numbers to the systems involved, meaning identify and attach significance to systems, processes which are backbone to the investors and results. There are ton of opportunities for optimization bring more value. Identify key players and empower them.

    Pros

Strong Brands, great distribution, product mix, innovation.

    Cons

Cost prohibitive products, customers moving away from brand because of price increases. Everyone gets laid off or let go.

    Advice to Management

Lower your margins and let people buy your products because they like them....not so you can line your pockets.

    Pros

There was a steady stream of work to keep the plant going. The plant management team was great, however as the buy out was approaching, things were changing fast. A great team of fellow employees who are worked together for over 25 years.

    Cons

There was no concern of some of the skills people had. It became a fact of "who knew who" for what really happened there.

    Advice to Management

Bring the company back to the old days and provide the service that build Heinz to what they were.
