    Pros

Management makes sure you are not too swamped with work. There is a gym onsite with lots of incentive plans to stay fit.

    Cons

It's easy to not get recognition for the work you do. It is a big company and that can make you feel invisible.

    Advice to Management

Take extra time with the employees to progress their career. Herbalife is a company many of us would like to stay at, but only if we are growing with the company.

really identify the employee's strengths and let them shine, not put them on a corner doing boring repetitive work until they find something elsewhere
