    Reasonable salary and good benefits. Company has good name overall. Starting to reinvest in R&D

    Cons

    Too much management and not enough workers. Culture used to be great but over the past decade it has decayed. Carly started it and Hurd finished it. Reduction of innovation has been devastating

    Good products, good benefits, ability to move between jobs to gain new experiences

    Loss of culture, too many outside hires, no promotion from within, very disjointed mgmt

    Need to go back to the HP Way for real, not just say it. Need to promote from within. Need to encourage and reward out of the box thinking.

    free food at their hq
    lots of technical challenges
    If you are able to get on a smaller project, you can be left alone for a while and be a lot more efficient. If you are on a flagship product, expect a lot of time wasting with meetings

    management is lacking a purpose or direction. they are still stuck in the past and the heavy processes are killing innovation
