    Senior Programmer Analyst (Current Employee)

ProsLearning potential for people who are in junior roles and to take challenges.

ConsCan't grow beyond mid management level

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of the middle management and few senior management people too who are stuck for ever and doesn't allow neither the people under them or the company to grow. what ever those people claim as achievements is a normal effect of the people who work for the company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Good 2+ years so far

    Technical Architect (Current Employee)
    New York, NY

    ProsFlexible work environment
Being a mid size company, performing employees get recognized well
The BI practice has got strong leadership, very talented and good managers

    ConsBelow par salary
Employees are not aware of any practices/policies (HR, quality etc.) in place
Ineffective quality control in the recruitment process

Advice to Senior ManagementThere has to be an effective process in place to ensure that employees are constantly evaluated against their performance. An employee's performance at the end of every year has to be measured against the goals set for him/her at the start of the year. This can be reviewed periodically (every quarter or two quarters) to help employees achieve their goals

ProsSalary is always paid on time. Reporting manager is really good and always check on how much we are comfortable in our client site.

ConsNo job security. Once the project gets over in the client site need to search on your own.

Advice to Senior ManagementUpper Management should be in US so they know what is going on and how junior level people are taking over things.

    Technical Architect (Current Employee)
    Secaucus, NJ

    Prosgreat healthcare benefits. Good clients

Consterrible HR. Salary on the lower end of industry. No scope to learn new technologies; you havr to be focused on their client activities

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove pay and accountability. Hire locals - especially in HR who know how employees are treated in US. There is no reason to hire foreigners in many of such administrative and hr dept.s

ProsNeed to match the pay structure of existing employees to market standards to avoid bright talent moving out of the company and contain attrition. Senior management has to be made more accountable for delivering results to the company.

Can get this done only when you know people personally.

ConsGood entry level company for freshers to work for.
