    Pros

    Hello everybody !
I'd been working for HGS for the past two years, still i haven't seen or experienced a good thing to write here...it's one of the worst company i ever seen in my entire career. They threat the employees by showing two years of bond..if you leave the organization before 2 years and 2 months you won't get a proper sent off with experience letter. And when you work here ,you guys may feel you're working for charity..but the worst thing there is ER team they're only good for conducting fun activities and make you a joker. Poor growth with empty wallet that will be the final result. even the team management always promote their pets they'll never value know knowledge. Whatever i said it's from my past and life.

    Cons

No challenges you will face here, since here is no room for growth. May you will get tea or coffee in unwashed cups that will be the ultimate challenge.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You guys never knew what is management ? do you think it's just going to each and everyone you like and say how are you? had your dinner? how was the weekend? this is not management. have you guys ever promoted anybody got good knowledge? NA NA....what you guys are thinking? anyway we have signed 2 years of bond and will make us work and make profit later if we quit you people will hire again? is that the thought driving you? all these things made you guys keep a WALK IN board infront off all work place. First go through the SOP and learn if you can just do your job perfectly or not rather than finding our minor personal mistakes.

I have been working at Hinduja Global Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The only pro in this job are my colleagues that work on the phone. They are truly an amazing group of people that deserve the best.

    Cons

    No Career path
No pension or matching RRSP contributions
Expectation to work until 3am but do not offer any form of transportation
    No long term disability

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management must start developing employees so they can move ahead in the company. Improve all levels of compensation. If you under pay people, your company becomes a steping stone to other opportunities. Othe Organizations pay their Workforce Analysts $6k to $7k more per year

    Pros

To get salary on time is not a pros. I think there is nothing good to share about this company

    Cons

No increaments, Delayed increaments, fake commitments of senior management, no system support. You need to struggle for your necessities like extn no. No internet access at all for employees. Too lang working hours. Compulsion on sharing of others' work. Favour to beautiful female employees. No place to valid reasons for your absentism. Pathetic people management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees as a human being, i think thats the first lesson you should learn. Rest there is "SEA" to you to learn about human resource management.
