    Pros

This company is everything you could want in a first job. I was debating between a few offers and took this because of the holistic exposure I would gain and the opportunity to learn. The culture here is unlike any and it's a dream job for a first job out of college. The leadership takes you under their wing and mentors you voluntarily. There are endless opportunities to shine. I will thrive here.

    Cons

    There are no cons.

I have been working at Hitachi Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I greatly enjoy the leadership and activities in my local office. There is a clear progression path for junior level employees and wonderful learning opportunities.

    Cons

Do not get a lot of control over where you get staffed - particularly at the lower levels

    Advice to Management

Leadership could more clearly convey how hard its working for its employees in its communications. Sometimes its dedication to internal efforts isn't highlighted as much as it should be and gets lost in the shuffle of other corporate initiatives.

    Pros

Challenging work, projects, and clients. If you have the right skillset or want to build a skillset, this is a great place to do it. Those who have the confidence and ability to ask for what they want will get it (as is the way life goes, right?)

    Cons

There is a perceived inconsistency between management styles, but this is typical of any organization and internal efforts are being made to provide more consistency.

    Advice to Management

Quality will always win over politics. If senior management can focus on hiring the best and keeping them (us) happy, then the company will grow, business will increase, and revenues will follow.
