    Pros

People are all very kind and casual, everyone I've worked with has a can-do attitude, the work-life balance is paramount and they allow you the time to tend to your own life when needed, the on-the-job learning is unmatched

    Cons

HCC has trouble retaining entry-level consultants through the manager level, many leave because of pay increases elsewhere, not much pre-scripted training and much of your career is self led.

    Advice to Management

Give pay increases and added responsibility to SC level employees, ask more delivery of your VP levels, not all sales. Maybe reduce the number of VPs on staff.

    Pros

HCC is one of the few companies which invest heavily on people's growth. They have the best of training and employee development programs. you will be surprised to see they almost have 60 % of the certified consultants in majority of their technology streams. There is lot of importance attached to value and culture of the organizations. When major companies defer the hikes and bonus payments , HCC till date from Inception never defaulted on the hike or promotions. The senior management takes utmost care about 3 critical factors " People, Customer and Quality ". Its one of the best companies to work for.

    Cons

Managers need to spend more time with people explaining the good things they do for their benefit.

    Advice to Management

Stay Focused and We have better future. Social Innovation is the game changer

    Pros

They have a very good base, engaging clients and exciting work. My time there has been great, a lot of very smart people.

    Cons

Burdened by their own large company and too displaced to work as together as a one large company. Found difficult experiences in collaborating within the companies sector.

    Pros

The culture is something I never thought I could find. Unlike other firms, you're not just a number. Managers and even VPs will take the time to get to know you.

    Cons

Half the leadership understands the importance of accommodating employee needs such as desire to travel, desire to experience different practices, etc, but the other half is still focused on keeping the consultants of their practice within their group and only their group.

    Advice to Management

Be open to your employees' desire to work in different areas before settling on one. It's only benefiting them by making them more well-rounded.

    Cons

Smaller nature may present challenges to growth and opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to grow.
