I worked at Hobart and William Smith Colleges
Pros – The student population is terrific to work with, and you cannot pick a more attractive location to work. Senior leadership has great ideas for moving the Colleges forward and working to make the student experience better.
Cons – Sometimes there can be red tape/politics in Higher Ed that reduces efficiency and slows down potential improvements.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't let politics impede progress.
