    Good company good benefits I like working with fellow team members rewarding always feel good about coming to work everyday

    Cons

    One of the top travel companies in country, well managed and growing so no Cons to speak of so far and would recommend it to anyone

    Advice to Management

    Stay on top of new technology and travel tools watch competition and never lose accounts

    Amazing people to work with Very friendly executive team and very approachable Great Culture

    Cons

    No employee privileges and can see the company working towards it after listening to the employees but would like to see something that is good.

    Advice to Management

    Introduce employee privileges which will make people stay longer. When internally promoted offer something close to market value to make people feel valued.

    Values employees - gone to extreme lengths to only make a small number of redundancies in the difficult economic environment in 2008 and 2009

    Cons

    Quite slow moving, takes a long time between announcements of change to see anything happen - a lot of people have been at the company for a long time so can be bottlenecks.
