Great learning experience. Cross-trained, stayed busy.

Night Auditor (Former Employee) Bend, OR

ProsNight Audit shift remains the same. Enhances social skills and is very satisfying to assist others. Facility was beautiful and office equipment was always working properly.

ConsRaises were not even between male and females. Incoming males with NO experience got paid substantially more. No benefits, and management was constantly changing.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave more training, offer promotions and pay increases like promised during evaluations.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Great employer. Laid back and considerate of your availability.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsAll the employees get along really well. The atmosphere was laid back, yet productive. Also, we got a lot of free food from the events we catered.

ConsOnly available hours are on weekends. Pay starts out high but hasn't been raised after working for 4 years there.

Advice to Senior ManagementI feel like it took me two summers to feel settled in. It would be nice if the job description was more black and white and if the facility was more organized.

    Great place to work

General Manager (Former Employee) Jacksonville, TX

ProsTraining is primary there to stay in touch with new trends in the hotel business.

ConsThey go by the rules very strictly and sometimes that could be difficult to follow at all times. Quality has no place of defaulting.

    Bellman Position

    Bellmam (Former Employee)

ProsEasy job starting out. Good company to work for. It might take a while to move up, but hard work is noticed.
Also with the bellman position I was a shuttle driver.

ConsLong boring hours. It can be difficult to stand in one spot for eight hours when it is extremely slow. Pay is not that great.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere is too much of a separation between upper management and all other employees.
