I worked at HomeStreet full-time for more than a year

Pros-Located in downtown Seattle.
-I felt appreciated and respected.

Cons-For many years, the company was under a C&D which meant no raises and no fun. Company morale was low because everyone was worked to the bone.
-IT department made my life difficult. I felt like I couldn't be fully efficient in my position because of the how tightly they controlled everything.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease bring back some fun to the company now that you're on the upswing of the financial crisis. The employees desperately need a boost in morale.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
