Pros – Flexible shifts; opportunities for progression (if suitable)

Cons – Incompetence of some staff; customers who visit DIY stores

– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Flexible manager an a good work and patterns of hours etc generally a nice place to work much more neat environment

Cons – none really just no pay enhancements for Weekend working but was a nice place to be nice management an nice

Pros – Can do attitudes in organisation, great communication between staff & management, a pragmatic approach taken to leadership, an opportunity to make a difference, plenty of opportunities at junior levels of the organisation.

Cons – A lack of senior opportunities at mid to senior management level, lack of investment in systems; is not really sure what it stands for.

Advice to Senior Management – The business needs a review of its HR team - it often acts (or doesn't) in a way detrimental to the progression of the business, rather than the facilitation of management needs.
