Pros – My site at least is more than willing to work with you and help those who work hard move forward. I have made great strides my status here by working hard and showing progress. They try hard to promote within and allow us to try new things.

Cons – Corporate sometimes blocks or limits things on the site level. This makes it difficult to move around, get raises, or progress up the ranks. With these across the room blocks it can stifle growth and opportunity.

Advice to Senior Management – Allow us to grow, give us the support we need in order to be the best we can be for you.

Advice to Senior Management – Downtime between calls is needed for emotional health and to prevent burn out. More on emphasis on quality and less on quantity within reason.

Pros – There is great opportunity and exposure to advance quickly. Senior Management is very knowledgable and competent. Many changes grant opportunities for the aquisition of new skills.

Cons – Communication can be difficult at times. Salary could be a little more competitive. The working environment can be renovated or improved.

Advice to Senior Management – I would suggest quarterly reviews instead of once a year. Because we are a corporation that engaging in many acqusitions many chages are being made.

Cons – Large organization can be a con, too. Sometimes the different businesses don't necessarily talk to each other or communicate effectively
