Current Employee – been working at Honeywell International full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Extremely well run company with a consistent vision and strategy known to all employees (130K or so).
Cons – Senior Leadership tends to be very conservative when it needs to reward mid-level managers in developed markets. Don't expect huge raises if you live in North America or Western Europe.
Advice to Senior Management – Not rewarding Band 5 and below employees (mid-level employees) based on economic outlook rather than past performance is a sure way to lose your brightest talent...unless that is the strategy to get rid of people in Developed Markets.
