    Pros

Across the board Honeywell techs are in an above average class where grading capabilities means an a- or b+ is merely average. They recognize and point talent to a point best for the team and customer.

    Cons

very powerful middle management to not cross in a bad way. One will learn golf or fail.. lone wolf types wont do so well. Superior talent can be threatening to some fellow techs causing issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

do not promote alcohol, period. too much buddy drinking peer pressure.

    Pros

Challenging, high dollar projects with a real opportunity to make a massive change. Management is highly supportive. Corporate CEO, Dave Cote is 100% behind UX, which is a welcome change from other companies out there. The User Experience group are made up of really nice people who work well together. The environment is truly collaborative and accepting of new idea's. Great career path and investment into employees. There are flexible work schedules and compensation is very good.

    Cons

The company does not put money into the building.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be nice if the interior design of the workspace was updated.
