    ProsTravel the country with a great group of guys. Play a game and get payed for it.
    Receive great advice from former big league players and coaches.

    ConsMoney is not great and you are away from home for 6-8 months out of the year.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPay a little more to minor leaguers and provide dental insurance.

    Fun job working in baseball

    Cool atmosphere.
    Nice people to work with.
    Owner is friendly and is polite to all staff no matter what level.

    ConsPay is adequate.
    Not a lot of advancement options.
    At some point working in sports for little pay gets old.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPay your people decent money, it's obvious the money isn't on the field.

    Great place to work for part time workers.

    Prosplaying baseball as a job is what everyone dreams of doing, and you get nearly 5 months off each year

    Conslack of pay and long hours, also the fact that you stay in bad hotels and take long bus trips in the minors
