Pros – 1. "Endless pit" of telecom knowledge.
2. Working with state-of-the-art technologies and equipment.
3. Excellent relations within local staff.
4. Assigned teams for projects/clients

Cons – 1. A lot of supervisors and approvers that are not responsible for anything.
2. Communication with technical experts in HQ only through Chinese colleagues.
3. Unclear bonus policy.
4. Incredibly unclear career opportunities and salary increase.
4. Internal struggle between different departments cause by "windy" mood of top-management.
5. Limited and severely controlled access to the Internet.

Advice to Senior Management – More trust in local management and local emplyees

Pros – good working environment, standard compensation, opportunity to learn

Cons – I really dont have any reason to mention cons for this company as Huawei is one of the best place to work

Advice to Senior Management – need HR interaction with employees , this is the only field I think huawei is lacking

> Some of the senior management who have been there for many many years now...need to be cleaned up!!! They are average performers because of whom good performers under them suffer!

Pros – Good environment, good pay. What else can I say? It's the best tech company in China. The promotion chance is great here, so hard work does pay-off, but if you really want to start your own company some day, it may not be the best choice for you, as the networking is not a big plus here.

Cons – No great perks. Some overtime work.

a good place to learn how to make the products at a fast pace.
a good place where good performance will fetch you good returns!!
perform well under critical circumstances and you will get identified very well.

Cons – Lot of work!! They have lot of work!! May be it is their strategy to hire less.
They have releases all the time !! Life becomes very hectic with so many releases
No work life balance!!

Pros – Good culture and environment to learn new stuff, manager and workmate are willing to help and share between each other.

Cons – sometime engineer need to still work on weekend, but with double pay. Maybe balance between working and life is not good enough.
