    Pros

    Cons

No opportunities, its all about profit to the senior management so they can look good

    Advice to Management

If u want to move up with this company, its all about if they like you personally or not. Even if you work hard to show you want to move up, they might not do that just because they favor someone else already.....

Opportunity for growth, good pay, diverse community and passengers to converse with.

The management really doesn't give a hoot about the employees or their feelings. They solely care about running the business. Period.

Don't be condescending to your employees or fake. Treat them with respect and not like you're still in high school.

I worked at Hudson Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The job in itself is not hard. It's general retail work, whether you're in a coffee shop or a gift shop.

    Cons

Dealing with customers in any retail position can be a challenge. Coworkers were sometimes hard to deal with, and I was stuck covering their hours too often.

    Advice to Management

Take into consideration what's best for the employees a little more. I loved my manager loads, but I didn't always feel appreciated.
