    Pros

Awesome company. I have worked many places but working at Humana you can tell that the company really cares for the people that work for them.

    Cons

There are not many downsides to Humana. The payroll department could be a little more professional when it comes to making sure people's pay is right. Other than that no complaints.

    Advice to Management

Continue the great work. This company's management really has their consumers and associates best interest at heart which is really rare with company's today

I have been working at Humana as an intern

    Pros

The culture at Humana was really great. Everyone was nice and willing to take time out of their schedule to answer any questions you might have about your project or about the company. The new interns were divided up into teams and were given projects to work on over the summer. I thought that this was a good setup because if gave us time to learn the technologies we needed with our team.

    Cons

Because Humana is such big company, sometimes it takes a while for security our software requests to go through. Other than that, I didn't really have any other complaints.
